There’s nothing more satisfying than pulling a freshly baked loaves of bread out of the oven. The comforting smell, that first bite, the slathering of sweet butter-- all makes us feel warm and cozy.


For decades, each morning in the Holly Hotel kitchen begins by baking the breads for dinner service. Our kitchen staff is free to choose what they want to make each day. The only rule that applies is that none of our breads (or anything else we serve) contain any preservatives, additives, chemicals or shelf extenders that are commonly found in commercially baked foods.


We've recently "stepped-up" our baking game with wonderful bread-gems like Japanese Milk Bread, Ciabatta, Old School Baguettes, Classic Soda Bread and Rustic Italian loaves. Our guests have noticed and we have had many requests for a "whole loaf to go" following dinner.


We have added "Today's Bread" to our Curbside "TO GO" offerings. The constantly changing breads can be ordered online ("Today's Bread") if you simply want to try whatever we made for the day.
